Subscription & Cancellation Policy


This page explains how our Subscribe & Save program works, how renewals are billed, and how to cancel or modify your subscription.

1) Subscription Enrollment


When you choose the Subscribe & Save 10% option at checkout, you are immediately enrolled in a recurring subscription every 2 months (60 days). Your payment method will be charged again on the same calendar date, every 2 months, unless you cancel in time.
  • You may cancel up to 3 days before your next billing date to avoid the upcoming charge.
  • We will send a notification before this 3-day window to remind you of the upcoming renewal.

2) Cancellation


You may cancel your subscription at any time. Simply log in to your account at account.rethinkteeth.com and manage your subscription under your account settings.

3) Canceling an Individual Order


If you need to cancel a specific order (without canceling the subscription), please contact support immediately. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet entered processing or shipping. Once shipped, please follow our Refunds & Returns Policy.


4) Order or Subscription Changes


To request changes to an order or your subscription, reach out via our Contact Us page or email support@rethinkteeth.com. Include your order number and relevant details; our team will confirm what adjustments can be made based on status.


5) Subscription Renewal & Payment


  • Your subscription renews automatically every 2 months (60 days) unless you cancel before the renewal date.
  • Each renewal is billed to the payment method on file.
  • If a payment fails, we will contact you to update your details. If not resolved, your subscription may be paused or canceled.
