We want you to feel confident shopping with us. If you’d like to return or exchange an item for any reason, we’re happy to assist.

You may return products within 90 days of purchase. Once received and approved, we’ll issue either:

Item Condition
All products must be sent back in their original product packaging. Returns must receive prior authorization before being shipped.
Shipping Responsibility
Customers cover return shipping costs and must provide a valid tracking number.
Cancellation While Package Is in Transit
If you wish to return your order while it is still in transit, please do not refuse the delivery. When a package is declined at delivery, it is usually not sent back to our warehouse. Instead, the shipping carrier holds it at their facility or marks it for re-delivery, which may delay the return process. To make sure your return is processed correctly, please accept the package and contact our support team for the correct return instructions and return address.
Return Destination
We partner with regional and international carriers. As a result, returns must be shipped to the original dispatch facility, which may be in another country.
Refund Approval
Refunds are processed only after the returned item has been received and inspected. If the product is not returned, the refund request will be declined.

Refund Method & Timing
